Empowering Women-Owned Businesses on Seattle's Eastside
Eastside EntrepreneuHERs (aka EHERs) is an ongoing networking group for female-identifying business owners on Seattle’s Eastside, focusing on community, growth, and empowerment. Founder Rachel Rowland knows how challenging (and sometimes isolating) running a business can be, so she has worked hard to establish a business family where members can flourish as individuals and as businesses. Don’t have time for a membership? That’s okay! Check the events calendar for one-off networking opportunities.
Our Pillars: Community, Growth, and Empowerment
Community: Build Relationships That Matter
Eastside EntrepreneuHERs brings together ambitious female entrepreneurs in Bellevue, Redmond, Kirkland, and beyond. Our monthly networking events for women on Seattle's Eastside foster meaningful connections in a supportive and inclusive environment. Through shared experiences and collaboration, we create a thriving network that inspires and uplifts.
Growth: Expand Your Business and Your Skills
We are dedicated to helping EntrepreneuHERs thrive. Through monthly workshops, expert panels, and hands-on sessions, you’ll gain actionable insights to advance your business. With the launch of our 2025 Content Days, you’ll also have exclusive access to creative spaces across the Greater Seattle area to craft compelling social media content alongside your peers.
Empowerment: Lead with Confidence
At EHERs, we celebrate your success and provide the encouragement you need to overcome challenges. Each meeting, workshop, and optional event is designed to empower you with the skills and mindset to lead boldly and make a lasting impact in your industry.
Best place for women small business owners to go to get their businesses to the next level. Authentic community with stellar resources. Check them out, the first meeting is free!

Meet the Founder
Rachel Rowland was born and raised in Ballard and later moved to the Eastside to be closer to her teaching job with the Issaquah School District. Years later she realized that she still didn't have many close friends nearby, so it was time to make some! This was right about the time she decided to take the leap from educating students to educating home buyers and sellers. A self-proclaimed Real Estate Matchmaker and Networking Extraordinaire, Rachel loves applying her 11 years of teaching experience and local connections to help others. Although she loves supporting all clients, Rachel excels with first-time home buyers and sellers, guiding them through their first real estate transactions of that kind. In her free time she loves live music, theater, game nights with friends and family, and hanging with her pup, Champ.
